Sri Kalai Beauty Parlour is a women-focused skill development and empowerment institution with over 20 years of experience in vocational training, livelihood development, and women welfare programs. Under the leadership of Mrs. P. S. Kalai Selvi, the institute has trained and empowered women from diverse social and economic backgrounds, helping them achieve self-employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.
We are dedicated to promoting women's welfare through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, personality enhancement, career guidance, and community development initiatives — actively participating in programs sponsored by the Central Government, Government of Karnataka, Greater Bengaluru Authority, Municipal Corporations, Local Bodies, Skill Development Missions, Women and Child Development Departments, CSR organizations, and other public and private institutions.
Our vision is to empower women through skill development, entrepreneurship, employment opportunities, and sustainable livelihood programs — enabling them to become economically independent, self-reliant, and socially empowered.
